Library 2.0

This network is for Library 2.0 Stuff

I'm just starting to explore streaming media content on my site and I've run into a snag. My software produces .m4a files (I'm using Garage Band on my mac) but so far I can only seem to find flash media players for .mp3 files ... After a web search for ways to convert .m4a to .mp3 I've come to the conclusion that's not the way to go. So, that leaves a choice between finding a media player that can cope with .m4a or using a different mixer. Any suggestions or insights?

Export to iTunes as AIFF from Garageband. Change iTunes' default encoding settings to mp3 and convert to mp3.
