Hi Dave
Here's the pitifully small del.icio.us list of UK public library blogs http://delicious.com/Public_biblioblogosphere - public libraries being behind the times as per usual. I put this together for my MA dissertation.
My opposite number elsewhere did this for academic libraries http://delicious.com/ukbiblioblogosphere
These are all blogs created by libraries, not blogs by librarians as such.
