I'm a teacher librarian & recently started a community based blog for getting boys to read - http://GettingBoysToRead.com. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to network, share ideas, and learn more about getting boys to read.

Hopefully that panel is coming along nicely for ALA 2009! :) I had previously mentioned my professor, Meredith Farkas. She recently published a book which has a companion website: www.sociallibraries.com. Maybe the website can offer some resources that can help out -- and the book is a REALLY good read, BTW... it's right up our alley concerning all of this "Library 2.0" stuff! :)
Hope ur doin' well,
~Raymond
I'd be interested in working on a panel with you for Library 2.0 and what works and what doesn't. I'm actually giving a presentation in London in February at the Search Engine Strategies conference on social media and it's uses (for general sites) so I have some research as well as real world examples to talk about.
Let me know if you are interested!
Maybe we'll run into each other at the ALA conference in Anaheim this year or maybe in Chicago in 2009 ;)
Good luck with your project and please keep the community posted! I would love to attend that panel discussion!
Best wishes,
~Raymond
