About Me:

I'm the Coordinator of Software Support and Training at Howard County Library in Columbia, MD. I've just recently launched our new and improved Staff Intranet which I am proud to say has several Web 2.0 elements (blogs, tag cloud, forums, polls, mashups). I've attended several conference seminars on Web 2.0 and Library 2.0 and since I work in the IT dept. am very interested in helping our staff move towards Library 2.0 (and Web 2.0)

What is Your Interest in Library 2.0 (not yes or no)

My interest basically is in helping our somewhat "change challenged" but wonderful customer service oriented staff move towards Library 2.0 without fear but with open arms.
