I'm contacting you at the suggestion of Mark Hindwell at Emerald, for whom I am doing an article on Library 2.0 for their website.
I am covering the main applications, and I would be particular interested to hear from you about interesting ways of using social networking sites, including Twitter, also - and this is a difficult question - whether particular countries or sectors are more advanced in their uptake of 2.0. For example, although 2.0 has been around for 3 years, I notice that some UK public libraries are only just beginning to take it up.
