I'm the Information Literacy and Technology Librarian at Chabot College in Hayward, CA. In my spare time, I like to travel, read, at least think about getting back to my short story writing, and volunteer for progressive causes.
What is Your Interest in Library 2.0 (not yes or no)
I have interest in enhancing library web pages to suit more instructional purposes such as screencasting, blogs to hold forums with students, subject-oriented search engines to guide them in the right path (and encourage them to also create their own search engines) and more!

Things are good in my world. I've been very successful as Academic Senate president -- who knew?? Anyway, it is summer and I'm getting caught up with experimentation, reading, filing, prep for next semester, etc.
Hi, Troy. Great to hear from you. I suspect, as always, your notes are much richer than mine. :) Lately, I've been focused on state-wide activities--CCLI and CCL-EAR--as my facebook profile admits--I serve on too many committees, though. :) Hope your PHD is going well.
