What is Your Interest in Library 2.0 (not yes or no)
One of my goals this year as a lifelong learner was to complete the Web 2.0 tutorial through the California School Library Association.
School libraries are in such a dismal situation with all the budget cuts---anything I can learn to make what I do and love more vital, more current, and more interesting has to be a big plus. Some of these tools are way outside my comfort zone but I can see the usefulness and genius of so many of them. I am so lucky to be part of this huge community. I am anxious to read your views.

Hooray for Me!

I finally buckled down and completed the 23 Things on CSLA's Web 2.0 tutorial. Now I'm conversant if not a convert. I am just old school enough that I see some of these apps as interesting and amazing, but huge time wasters......I love delicious, think Flickr is amazing, love Wordle, get blogging, still don't see the VALUE of Twitter. I will use some of the great links on my school library web page like the The British Library---WOW!
