Hi Vickie,
I'm a teacher librarian & recently started a community based blog for getting boys to read - http://GettingBoysToRead.com. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to network, share ideas, and learn more about getting boys to read.

Hi Vickie. How do you think 2.0 will surface in library apps? I'm looking forward to a catalog that will allow tags, reviews, all the usual 2.0 tools, I know this exist, just not in my library or consortium. We reworked our web page a couple of months ago and our systems guy put a rss newsfeed in the title header. It's pretty cool. There are also links to two of our blogs, one podcast, and a video about our museum. www.sandusky.lib.oh.us.

Hi
Please ignore, if you know this already !

iResearch-Reporter - Summarizes Your Web Search Results On-The-Fly!

This is a free service at the moment, and prepares a summary of some of the
top ranked websites retrieved using your query, perhaps it uses Google.

May be it uses the same old H.P.Luhn's 1958 sentence extraction technique (Automatic abstracting) with some more newer ranking, data mining and text massaging.

It also preserves the links to the documents/ websites. .

If you are interested you may have a go at:

It would be handy for those who are preparing for presentations /lectures.

Please bring this to the notice of interested parties
Wish you good luck
