Just a quick thing I picked up from a colleague -- add a note on your e-mail sig line abt "only print if necessary"... just another way to remind folks to conserve.
I bully for recycle bins all through our library, too.
We use mediawiki for our reference desk / admin wiki... this helps us keep up with changes in library & school policy, note dept's closing times, services, etc. Plus is excellent as ready ref 'index' of resources.
A group for Library 2.0 members who use or want to investigate using open source software in libraries.
