What is Your Interest in Library 2.0 (not yes or no)
I am currently working with some colleagues on a presentation called "Management 2.0" for a state library conference later this year. Our theory is that Library 2.0 thinking cannot truly take hold in our libraries until management adopts a 2.0 style (in terms of structure, delegation of tasks, priorities, etc.).
I would truly appreciate any ideas from librarians on this site as to how 2.0 thinking can and should be integrated into library management (both middle and upper management).
What qualities/skills do we look for in middle and upper management in this time of L2?

Thanks for joining the Library Leadership discussion group. Your Management 2.0 idea sounds like it would be an interesting discussion topic for the group.
