I just received a fully-fledged multi-page document in html format called 'Web Content Guidelines' from a consultancy involved in a redesign of our corporate website - a qualitative work, well put together and presented, I should say first.

But let me just quote from one section if I may:

Spot the mistake?

Yesterday I uploaded two presentations onto Slideshare, or rather the one presentation that I split in two. It is on Web 2.0 / Library 2.0 (obviously!), and it formed the backbone of a 4-hour familiarisation session I ran last week for library staff engaged in Internet training.
