About Me:: I am the Head of Reference at the Chelmsford (MA) Public Library. In addition to normal reference stuff, I'm also kind of the lead Library 2.0 person, trying to find better ways to help our patrons using 2.0 tools.

Especially so compared to my old one-floor rectangle building. Any ideas for improvement are welcome! I'm head of reference now, so I'm looking for suggestions/improvements particularly that area.
