How you budget for acquisition (printed and online)?
For servicces that Library will offer, do you allocate seperate budget? and what percentage of budget you keep for training?

I have understood the tools like blogs, wikies, RSS feeds etc., but how to implement them in library (whether to take help of IT dept to have them developed inhouse) or some s/w is available to implement these?

Learn web programming get MSCE or A+ certificate. It will help you a lot. I heard there are many institute coaching for these internationally recognized certificates.
