About Me:

I am the IT person at Fairport Public Library, and am also building FPL in Second Life. I have presented workshops for Rochester Regional Library Council on Web 2.0 tools.

I have a strong interest in virtual reality, virtual worlds, HCI (Human-Computer Interface) and am currently trying to learn everything I can about biosensors. Basically, I'm a technology lover -- and when I need a break from it all, I go out to the woods. : )

What is Your Interest in Library 2.0 (not yes or no)

I am having a lot of fun exploring Library 2.0. I was working in web development way back in 1995, and love being in on the ground floor of the next version of the internet. : )

I think this is one of those "rainy day" projects that will be done incrementally over about 3 years. :) By the time it's finished I probably won't be able to use it because the technology will have changed so much. *sigh*
