Library webpage 2.0

I saw a reference on the French library blog, Klog (http://klog.hautetfort.com/archive/2007/06/29/la-mediatheque-2-0-c-est-a-l-esc-lille.html) to a newly created very 2.0 page at the Médiathèque de Lille. It's very impressive, I think.

Hi Sarah,
I'm a teacher librarian & recently started a community based blog for getting boys to read - http://GettingBoysToRead.com. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to network, share ideas, and learn more about getting boys to read.

Not going to ASERL, alas. My personal life has gotten in my way--I'm the AD/Stage Manager for a play here and ASERL is during our run. Bad planning on my part, maybe. I wish I were going. (But I love the theater here.)

We're going to implement IM for VR in the Fall. We're doing Docutek chat right now in a consortium, but I think we'll just add the IM. We're all moving to the GAIM aggregator since the University just rolled out Groupwise IM for everyone. Right now we're just doing staff training. We are using it for interoffice communication, which is working really well. You?
