Librarian with a wide range of interests. Retiring from UC Berkeley and continuing to work with Infopeople.org to train librarians, particularly in the are of finding information on the Inter0net.
I teach new trends and webspaces in libraries to California librarians with Infopeople. The most recent course is "Web 2.0: Search Innovations." I don't create 2.0 stuff, but use a lot of different tools and encourage others to create.

Hi Joe,
May I reproduce and alter your Web Page Evaluation Checklist from 2004? I plan on putting it in an online form that can be submitted electronically.

Sarah,
You are at the top of the list of blogs I recommend -- if no time for anything else, ready LibinBlack. I greatly appreciate your work and how hard it is to keep it going. I know you work 200% or more.
COURAGE!! BON COEUR!!
A lot of us follow your stardust.

Thank you Joe. You were certainly an inspiration for me when I first came to California. It is nice to know that people I learned from are actually now learning from what I write. The circle is complete!
