Interest in Library 2.0
I'm very interested in how social software tools can be used in libraries. And I'm curious about how Ning works and what makes it better than other social tools.

I really like your Library Success Wiki. It is a great place to aggregate resources for librarians!

Enjoyed your column in American Libraries (April, 2007), Meredith. Libraries have got to be out there.

lol, actually, I have no organizational system for keeping up with things other than my feeble brain. I just started using Outlook's calendar at work this week and I think I'm going to at the very least start making lists and setting deadlines at home because, yes, it is starting to get to be too much.

Where do you find the time to do it all? And a newly-wed at that... You must have Blackberry with a Franklin Planner. :-)

Hi Meredith. Great idea about the cover contest, but sad to say, it would have been better to have it before the publisher's cover was decided. Some of the ideas are fantastic and - dare I say it - look better than the actual cover. What a clever bunch.

Thanks for your note, Meredith! I have been pushing Web 2.0 for law librarians also in my LLRX.com column for a while now: The Tao of Law Librarianship. Word is slowly slowly spreading.
