Interest in Library 2.0
New attitudes and demands that come with Web2.0 tools are more important than the tools themselves. How do libraries remain relevant and keep our users' hearts while coping with technological change?

I'm blogging elsewhere

I already blog by myself at Librarians Matter, and with a bunch of others at librariesintereact.info and Virtual librariesinteract.info. I don't think I'll be using this one, but thanks anyway.

Thanks for your comment, Kathryn.

You know, I'd signed up to Library 2.0 ages ago, but haven't done anything on it - but just today received a couple of comments. So that's cool.

Indra told me that your presentation for us via Second Life last month (wasn't it?) went really well.

Must friend you on Facebook as well - although I'm not sure that we've ever actually spoken!

Kathryn - thanks for inviting me. I'm new at all this but am learning a lot...now I just need to fix my avatar! I liked your Librarians Matter blog, too.

I wish I could go to the Edublog awards, but I have to work that day. I have just created an avatar for Secondlife and look forward to going to Infoisland. My avatar name is Merry Trefoil. I really liked the tutorials on Secondlife from the Murdoch University wiki!

Hi Kathryn, Thanks for the invite. I think we've talked in-world or at least on alliance google group. You've got some great info hear and elsewhere, and I'm looking forward to trying to find time to read some of it!! : )
