Thank you again for volunteering to help with the Library 2.014 Conference. I’m writing to confirm the dates/times when you are scheduled to moderate a session.

Please login to the volunteer lounge 30 minutes prior to the start of the session you will assist. The volunteer lounge is here: http://www.thevolunteerlounge.me
There you will be matched with an upcoming session. As you enter that session, please read carefully the steps outlined on the first slide. You will meet the presenter and you should communicate with them about topics such as how they would like to handle the start of the session (including who will click to begin the recording) and management of questions during their presentation.
At the end of the session, remember to close the session as directed on the final slide.
If you have questions, there will be help available in the volunteer lounge.
